I think Kate Carey, and Cherith Baldry are like the best authors in the world! (along with J.K. Rowling, and David Clement-Davies...). And Vickey's so creative! I could NEVER come up with something as complex as Warriors!

XD They're really good writers. It really does sound like only one person wrote the series.

*gasp* You, my dear Spottedstump, have forgotten J.R.R. Tolkien. *nearly passes out from the indecency of it all*
*recovers*
I very much agree, I like their (or "Erin's") style. For a visual person like me descriptions really help me see stuff happening in my head.

Plus Daniel Handler (A.K.A. Lemony Snicket) and people like William Shakespear. <3
But is it just me... or... do they kinda over-use words sometimes? In ItW I kept seeing "trekking" pop up. And in Sunset I never heard the end of "poultice."

I agree! it always seems to be a different word per book!
Is it just me, or have other people noticed too, that Kate Carey writes more emotionly, but Cherith writes with more action? (maybe I'm just going crazy!)

Kathryn Lasky, how could I forget her??! *head/desk*
Hmm.... I've never thought about that. But considering that Cherith wrote FoS, and that had Bluey's past and GreyXSilver stuff.

The list of authors could go on and on.... Edgar Allen Poe, Gail Carson Levine, K. A. Applegate, Flavia Bujor, Mark Twain.... ! I forget--who's writing/has written The Sight? (Or has that not been announced yet?)

when you read it, it'll say somewhere- To Cherith or To Kate. Then you'll know who it is.
